Any charity that will be conducting a special event in the City needs a permit, obtainable at the Finance Department in City Hall. The application and all required paperwork must be turned in to City Hall in the Finance Department 12 days before the event - no exceptions. No fee is charged for this permit since the charity will be submitting 501(c)(3) paperwork.
