For Grand Openings, Circuses, Carnivals, etc., a Temporary Use Permit must be submitted to the Finance Department in City Hall. The application is obtainable in the Finance Department. All required paperwork must be turned in 12 Days before the event - no exceptions. No fees are paid until the application is approved. For the usual Temporary Use Permit, the fee is $115, not to exceed 3 days in duration. For longer events, the fees vary.
