Business Licenses

If your business location is within City limits and is not in a residential zone, you will need these forms:

• Business License Application Form (PDF)
• Application for Certificate of Occupancy Permit (PDF)
• County of Los Angeles Fire Department Packet (PDF)

If you operate your business at home (Home Occupation), you will need these forms:

• Business License Application Form (PDF)
• Home Occupation Permit (PDF)
• Cottage Food Home Occupation Form (PDF)

If you are an outside contractor working within City limits, you will need these forms:

• Business License Application Form (PDF)
• Licensed Contractor's Declarations (PDF)
