Yard sales in Baldwin Park are permitted 4 times per year on the first Saturday and Sunday of the months of March, June, September and December.
The following Conditions apply to all yard sale:
- Yard sales are limited to Baldwin Park residents only
- Only the sale of used personal merchandise is permitted (no sale or re-sale of new merchandise)
- Yard sales are permitted between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm.
- All merchandise must be removed by 7 pm - No overnight display permitted
- Merchandise must be kept on private property - the display of merchandise on sidewalk, parkway, street, alley or any other public right-of-way is not permitted
- Failure to comply with Baldwin Park Municipal Code regulations (BPMC Sec. 119.02) is subject to a fine
