YARD SALE INFORMATION
Yard sales in Baldwin Park are permitted 4 times per year on the first Saturday and Sunday of the months of March, June, September and December.The following Conditions apply to all yard sale:
Yard sales are limited to Baldwin Park residents only
Only the sale of used personal merchandise is permitted (no sale or re-sale of new merchandise)
Yard sales are permitted between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm
All merchandise must be removed by 7:00 pm – No overnight display permitted
Merchandise must be kept on private property – the display of merchandise on sidewalk, parkway, street, alley or any other public right-of-way is not permitted
Failure to comply with Baldwin Park Municipal Code regulations (BPMC Sec. 119.02) is subject to a fine
