The Transit Program provides effective transportation to the residents of Baldwin Park through the coordination and supervision of the fixed-route, dial-a-ride and taxi services.

Program and Functions

Administer and promote the City’s fixed-route, dial-a-ride and taxi services.

• Serve as liaison to residents and local agencies regarding all transportation issues
• Monitor bus shelter maintenance and advertising Programs
• Administer Proposition A and Proposition C funds and provide necessary reporting to the Metropolitan Transit Authority
• Identify grants and other funding sources for transportation systems.

Saturdays

8:00am-5:00pm

Sundays

9:00am-4:00pm

Fare per person (Effective April 1, 2015)

                      $1.00
                      $0.50 for disabled and seniors 
                      (pre-qualified at the Esther Snyder Community Center)
