19th Annual Pride of the Valley 5K Information

The City of Baldwin Park, Department of Recreation and Community Services is hosting the 19th Annual Pride of the Valley 5K Run, Fun Walk, High School Road Race and Little Tike Trot.

The event will take place on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 7:30am. The race will begin and finish at Morgan Park, 4100 Baldwin Park Boulevard. The award ceremony will take place at 11:00am.

All ages are welcome to compete and high school participants can register as individuals or as a team. Online registration is available for individual registration or you can register at the Esther Snyder Community Center, 4100 Baldwin Park Boulevard.

There will be a cash prize for the top overall male and top overall female 5K finisher. There is also a cash bonus if a new overall male and female course record is set. This event is a USAT&F sanctioned event, which will include a post-race party with FREE refreshments and live entertainment. A Continental Breakfast Fundraiser will take place at 6:00am.
