Department mission is to enhance the quality of life of the residents of Baldwin Park.
The Department is comprised of the following Divisions:

revitalization, ensuring high quality development, creating jobs and maintaining
strong neighborhoods. |
Programs and Functions
- Provide management, administration and support
to each program within the Department
- Respond to the concerns of the City Council,
Commission and Committee members, Businesses and Residents
- Enhance efficiencies in customer service through
technology and training
- Cooperate and coordinate the Department
operations with other Departments and outside Agencies
