Applications are available at the Teri G. Muse Family Service Center located at 14403 East Morgan St., Monday through Thursday from 11 AM to 5 PM, or at www.BaldwinPark.com starting Monday, March 3 and the application deadline is Thursday, May 1, 2014 before 5 PM. The scholarship is open to Baldwin Park residents who are high school seniors and/or college students. The committee will prescreen all applications. Low-cost pet vaccinations and microchips available. All pets must be on leashes or in carriers. Only healthy & non-pregnant animals will be vaccinated.
